During your consultation call, you and I will find a time that works for both of us to meet for a 90-minute intake. I will send you paperwork to complete ahead of time, so that our appointment runs smoothly and we can begin working on your goals.

Following our call, I will send you an email invite to your patient portal, where you will create an account and complete all paperwork. I will also invite you to Spruce, my HIPAA-compliant form of communicating with patients.

Our initial few sessions are where we get to know each other, discuss your presenting concerns and goals, and make treatment goals together.
