Investment

Therapy is not meant to last forever. It is mean to be a finite period of time, with a high level of investment of time, energy, and resources towards clear and reasonable goals. Once you accomplish the goals you set, what you gain from our time together can continue to enrich your life and may even spill over into your relationships with others.

My lasting gift to you is to help you understand yourself so that you know how to face whatever life throws your way. If you’re ready for therapy that allows you to be more independent and feel capable of approaching life’s challenges, I know you are ready to invest in yourself.

Rates

  • Initial session (90 minutes): $205

  • Individual sessions (60 minutes): $170

Please see our Fee Schedule for a detailed list of fees with corresponding Service (CPT) codes.

Payment

To simplify your onboarding process, when you are completing intake paperwork there are payment authorization and autopay enrollment forms you will be asked to complete and sign. We ask that new patients provide valid payment details when completing these forms and your payment method will be verified before your first appointment. All major cards, including HSA/FSA cards, are accepted. Payment details are encrypted and held securely by our payment processor, which exists within our HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record. This payment processor is PCI-compliant. Your provider does not hold your card details to maximize security. Your card will be billed on the date of service.

Insurance

At this time, we do not bill insurance. I created this practice to be centered around patient needs over the long-term, without risking insurance companies providing a barrier to care.

If you have out of network mental health benefits that you would like to use, we can provide a “superbill” for you, upon request, to submit with your claim. This document asks as a receipt of our services and contains details about your provider, your diagnosis(es), and dates of service.

If you are not sure if you have out-of-network mental health benefits, you can call your insurance carrier and ask for details about these benefits. You can provide these common CPT codes to your insurance:

-Initial evaluation: 90791

-Psychotherapy (60 min): 90837
